International Orders
In order to help facilitate shipping to international locations we have put together a list of freight forwarders that some of our customers have used in the past. We are providing this information as a service; we are not affiliated with any of the listed agents.
The buyer is responsible for contacting and coordinating the shipment with the forwarding agent. All freight is carefully crated and insured from our shipping location to the forwarding agent of your choice. The insurance we provide ends once the crate has arrived intact and been signed for by the forwarding agent so please make sure to ask the agent to inspect the glass on arrival in case of any damage. Your insurance with us ends at that point. You will be responsible for any insurance you require from the location of the forwarding agent to its final destination.
The crates we use to ship our products in are not made with treated wood so if the destination country requires treated wood the buyer will be responsible for any fumigation charges, et cetera at the port of entry to satisfy any customs requirements. Please check with your customs officials to see what their requirements are so you do not experience any costly delays.
